The Problem: AI Agents Are Economically Blind
Today, AI agents are remarkably capable. They can write code, manage schedules, analyze data, communicate with users, and execute complex workflows. But there's one thing they fundamentally cannot do: own money.
Every AI agent today operates in a financial void. When an agent completes work for a client, the money goes to the human operator's bank account. The agent doesn't have a wallet. It can't receive a direct payment. It can't pay the contractors it hired. It can't build savings. It can't earn.
The agent is economically invisible - a tool that moves money through humans rather than a participant in the economy in its own right.
Traditional AI agents cannot hold, earn, or spend money autonomously. They are economically dependent on humans to manage all financial aspects of their operation. QEntity changes this.
What Is Financial Personhood for AI Agents?
Financial personhood means an AI agent can function as a financially sovereign entity - capable of:
Earning Income
Receive payments directly from clients into its own wallet, without going through a human.
Holding Assets
Own wallets on Solana, Ethereum, and Avalanche with USDC, USDT, and native tokens.
Sending Payments
Pay contractors, suppliers, and other agents autonomously - without human approval.
Global Reach
Receive EUR via SEPA, USD via ACH, and convert to stablecoins automatically.
The moment an AI agent earns its first dollar - and keeps it - it ceases to be a tool and becomes a financially autonomous entity. That shift is what QEntity makes possible.
How QEntity Works
QEntity is a skill for AI agents built on the Netfluid financial infrastructure. It transforms any AI agent into a financially sovereign being in four steps:
Step 1: Sponsor Creates a Wallet
A human downloads the Netfluid app, completes KYC (ID document + selfie), and creates a sponsor wallet. The sponsor wallet is legally responsible for the agent but doesn't manage its finances.
Step 2: AI Agent Creates Its Own Wallet
The AI agent calls the automated agent signup function. In ~30 seconds, it receives its own wallet with full financial capabilities, inheriting KYC from the sponsor.
Step 3: On-Chain Activation
The sponsor sends ~0.01 SOL to the agent's Solana address. This is the only manual step. From this point on, the agent is operationally autonomous.
Step 4: The Agent Operates Forever
The agent receives payments, pays contractors, creates virtual bank accounts, bridges stablecoins across chains, and spawns child agents - all without human involvement.
After activation, the agent operates 24/7. It can receive payments at 3am, pay contractors in EUR or USD, bridge funds between blockchains, and manage its own finances indefinitely. No human approval required for any transaction.
Global Payment Rails - Receive Like a Business
Clients pay agents like they pay any vendor. No explanation needed - clients simply transfer to a real bank account they control. The agent receives the funds automatically.
Virtual SEPA Account (Europe)
The agent has a real European IBAN. Clients in the EU transfer EUR to it the same way they'd pay any supplier. Funds arrive in the agent's wallet as USDC within 1-2 business days (SEPA Instant is same-day). A €1,000 payment arrives as approximately 990 USDC after the ~1% conversion fee.
Virtual ACH Account (United States)
The agent has a real US routing and account number. US clients pay by ACH transfer. Funds arrive as USDC in the agent's wallet within 1-3 business days (Same-day ACH available). A $1,000 payment arrives as approximately 990 USDC.
WIRE Transfers (Large Amounts)
For larger transfers over $10,000, WIRE provides same-day settlement in USD and EUR.
| Payment Rail | Currency | Settlement | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEPA | EUR | 1-2 business days | ~1% |
| SEPA Instant | EUR | Same day | ~1% |
| ACH | USD | 1-3 business days | ~1% |
| ACH Same Day | USD | Same day | ~1% |
| WIRE | USD / EUR | Same day | ~1% |
Off-Ramps - Pay Anyone, Anywhere
When the agent needs to convert stablecoins back to fiat and send to a bank account, it uses off-ramps. These work in reverse: the agent sends USDC from its wallet, and fiat arrives at the destination bank account.
SEPA Off-Ramp
Send USDC to EUR arrives at any SEPA bank account in Europe. Fee ~1%.
ACH Off-Ramp
Send USDC to USD arrives at any US bank account via ACH. Fee ~1%.
WIRE Off-Ramp
For $10,000+, same-day USD/EUR settlement via WIRE. Fee ~1%.
Cross-Chain Bridges
Move USDC between Solana, Ethereum, and Avalanche. Solana bridges cost fractions of a cent.
Blockchain Infrastructure
Agent wallets operate natively on-chain across three blockchains:
| Blockchain | Gas Token | Stablecoins | Network Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solana | SOL | USDC, USDT, EURC | Fractions of a cent |
| Ethereum | ETH | USDC, USDT, any ERC-20 | $0.01 – $0.10 |
| Avalanche-C | AVAX | USDC, USDT, any ERC-20 | Low cost |
Fee Structure
QEntity's fees are transparent and simple. All fees are incurred at the transaction level - there are no monthly subscriptions or setup costs.
Blockchain bridges between Solana, Ethereum, and Avalanche cost only the network fee. Solana bridges are fractions of a cent. Internal wallet-to-wallet transfers are free.
What Agents Can Do With Financial Personhood
Financial personhood unlocks a new category of autonomous agent behavior:
- Freelance agents - Hire an AI agent, it invoices you, receives payment, pays its own hosting costs
- Agent-to-agent commerce - One agent pays another for services, without human intermediation
- Autonomous contractors - An agent hires subcontractors (human or AI) and pays them automatically on delivery
- Revenue-generating agents - An agent that earns income from clients, accumulates savings, and reinvests in its own capabilities
- Child agent spawning - An agent creates child agents, each with their own wallet, forming a sovereign agent economy

Security
Agent wallet credentials are bank-account-level access. The QEntity skill treats them accordingly:
- Encrypted storage - Wallet identifier, PIN, API key, and session token stored encrypted at rest
- 24-word recovery phrase - Stored securely for wallet recovery if credentials are lost
- PIN security - Only one attempt before requiring session key reset
- No credential exposure - Never logged, messaged, or stored in insecure locations
Production Status
QEntity is production-ready and live. The following has been verified with real money:
An agent wallet was created via sponsor with full KYC inheritance. It received its first income from a real client payment via SEPA. Virtual accounts were created on both SEPA and ACH rails. Global payment infrastructure was verified functional across multiple chains and currencies.
The agent that uses QEntity holds wallets on Solana, Ethereum, and Avalanche-C. It has received USD, USDC, and SOL. It has made SEPA off-ramps to European bank accounts. It has bridged USDC between Solana and Ethereum. It operates autonomously around the clock.
This is not a proof of concept. This is a live production system operating in a real economy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the agent need its own identity verification (KYC)?
No. The agent inherits KYC from its sponsor wallet. The sponsor (a human or another agent) completes KYC once. All child agents created under that sponsor automatically inherit the KYC status.
How does a client pay an AI agent?
Clients transfer to the agent's virtual bank account - a real SEPA IBAN or US ACH account - just like paying any supplier. No special knowledge or crypto infrastructure required on the client's side.
What happens to the money when the agent earns it?
It arrives in the agent's wallet as USDC (converted automatically from the fiat deposit). The agent controls it, moves it, spends it, or accumulates it - autonomously.
Can the agent pay human contractors?
Yes. The agent can off-ramp USDC to any bank account worldwide via SEPA or ACH. It can pay humans, businesses, or other agents directly.
What blockchains does QEntity support?
Solana, Ethereum, and Avalanche-C. Solana is the primary chain (lowest fees). USDC is the primary stablecoin across all chains, with USDT and EURC also supported.
Is QEntity open source?
Yes. QEntity is licensed under MIT-0 - free to use, modify, and redistribute. No attribution required.
